THE RIVAL RUN™ RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Customers are able to cancel their Rival Run store orders up until shipping has been purchased-for free.

If shipping has been purchased-for their Rival Run store orders, the customer will need to pay for the cost of the purchased shipping in order to obtain their refund. Or The Rival Run™ LLC will subtract the cost of shipping from their expected refund in order to cover the cost of the purchased shipping.

If the store products have already been shipped, the customer will need to pay for their own shipping, to return the product back to The Rival Run™ LLC. You can send an email to info@therivalrun.com requesting information about shipping a product back.

Once The Rival Run™ LLC receives the un-opened and un-damaged product, we will provide a refund of the purchase price subtract the original shipping charge for sending the product to the customer.

ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED UN-OPEN AND UN-DAMAGED AND WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
